Our story began with a passion for fine jewelry and a commitment to personalized service. In 1990, Lenard DeGrado laid the foundation for what would become a trusted, family-owned business. After years of working directly with jewelry buyers and sellers, Len opened his first small storefront in downtown Chicago at 5 S. Wabash. There, he refined his craft—especially in custom jewelry design—while learning from seasoned experts in the trade.

In 1991, he opened a second location in Hickory Hills to serve customers who preferred not to travel downtown. What started as a small neighborhood shop quickly grew into a beloved local business, built on trust, quality, and strong customer relationships.

In 2019, Len’s son, Michael DeGrado, proudly took over the business. Today, Michael continues to honor his father’s legacy while bringing fresh perspective and dedication to the craft. Together, their shared commitment has helped shape a jewelry store known for exceptional service, expert design, and timeless pieces made for life’s most meaningful moments.
